Looking for a way to keep your swimmer moving, motivated, and building strong technique all summer long?


Welcome to the SOAKERS Youth Tri Club—a high-energy, skill-building swim workout group designed for kids who are ready for more than just lessons.


Whether your child dreams of doing a triathlon, improving their strokes, or just staying active in the summer sun, our SOAKERS program gives them the tools, confidence, and structure to grow as a swimmer—and have fun doing it

Stroke Skills, Endurance, and Big-Time Fun for Active Kids

Each session is packed with purposeful practice, including:

Freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke technique

Image

Deep-water safety and endurance

Image

Dryland strength-building activities

Image

Triathlon-specific swim skills (no biking involved)

Kids build fitness, improve form, and have a blast in a team-style setting—without the pressure of competition.

👧 Who Can Join?

Ages 12 & Under

All participants must:

Be able to swim at least 25 yards unassisted

Image

Be confident and safe in deep water

Please note:

Coaches are on deck only—no in-water coaching during workouts.

📅 2025 Season Schedule

Season runs from the Wednesday after Memorial Day to the Friday before Labor Day

Practice Times:

June–Mid August

Mondays & Wednesdays · 9:00–10:00 AM

Mid August–Labor Day Weekend

Saturdays · 9:00–10:00 AM
